HOW TO USE :
1. Start with a clean face:Ensure your face is clean to allow smooth gliding of both the jade roller and gua sha.
2. Apply skincare products:Optionally, apply your preferred serum or moisturizer to create a smooth surface for the tools and enhance absorption.
3. Use the jade roller first:Begin with the jade roller, starting from the center of your face and rolling outwards. Move in an upward and outward motion, covering your forehead, cheeks, and jawline.
4. Focus on under-eye area: Use the smaller end of the jade roller or switch to the gua sha tool for gentle strokes around the under-eye area.
5. Move to the neck:Extend the use of the jade roller down your neck, rolling from the center towards the edges.
6. Switch to the gua sha tool:After using the jade roller, switch to the gua sha tool. Begin with your neck, moving from the base upwards towards the jawline.
7. Move to the jawline and cheeks:Use the gua sha tool with upward and outward strokes along the jawline and cheeks. Be gentle and consistent.
8. Cheekbones and under-eye area:Focus on specific areas, like cheekbones, using the gua sha tool for contouring effects. Be delicate around the under-eye area.
9. Brows and forehead:Use the gua sha tool to stroke from the inner brow area outward and then upwards across the forehead.
10. Finish with acupressure points:Spend extra time on acupressure points like the temples using both tools for a relaxing finish.
11. Clean the tools:After each use, clean both the jade roller and gua sha tool with mild soap and water to maintain hygiene.
12. Regular use:Incorporate both tools into your skincare routine a few times a week for potential benefits. Adjust the pressure based on your comfort level to avoid skin irritation.
